Leadership Program

Supporting Companies and Organizations in the Engineering, Management, and Facilitation of Leadership Programs.

Through training, experimentation, and team coaching, the aim is to develop managers’ leadership skills by better understanding their management style, influence, team engagement, and perspective-taking.

It can be covered by OPCA.

Conditions for a Successful
Leadership Program

  • Customized programs in English or French.
  • Designed on the managerial competencies of the company and organization, as well as their challenges.
  • Depending on the needs, short programs (3-5 days) or in-depth programs (3 weeks spread over a year).
  • Alternating individual coaching or workshops and leadership training.
