The Assessment Center is the most objective practice for evaluating an employee’s skills through various tools: personality assessments, situational exercises, business cases, and motivational interviews. It also promotes targeted support in skill development. It secures the company in employee’s mobility or candidate selection for a critical position and mission.
I appreciate the assessment for its fairness and objectivity. I have had the opportunity to practice it in companies and consulting firms in the past during recruitment, mobility, and talent programs for 10 years. I offer standard or customized assessment protocols.
Assessments can be conducted remotely or in-person, in English or French.

Example
- CONTEXT:
An international group with a high-stakes position, both politically and business-wise, wishes to prepare for the succession of the Country General Manager. Internally, opinions within the Executive Committee are very divided. This approach combines a selection logic with a development and career logic for high potentials. - RESULT:
Discussions and understanding of the position’s stakes and context with the group’s HR Director and Regional VP. Development of an evaluation protocol and custom scenarios and cases. The evaluation of six senior executives allows for the validation of the candidate whose skills and leadership are most aligned with the position and context. It also facilitates targeted support for the selected director and identifies possible career trajectories and individualized development plans for other high potentials involved in the assessment center.
