Example
- CONTEXT:
A group wishes to instill a Feedback Culture among its managerial population focused on performance and continuous improvement through experimentation. - RESULT:
Half-day workshops are facilitated across all sites using a practical approach. At the end of each workshop, a best practice guide and self-assessment tool are provided to each participant. Ambassador facilitators are trained and supervised to cascade the approach.
Constructive exchanges around concrete managerial issues and a great opportunity to meet other managers in the group. We leave with real action plans! Thank you, Elsa, for your facilitation.
Over the past 10 years, I have attended numerous leadership training sessions and workshops, but honestly, your session on change management is one of the best I've ever had, very clear and convincing.
