Cosmopolitan by adoption, my international experience has nurtured my conviction that the expression of uniqueness, diversity, cultures, and personalities brings agility and performance to both our professional and team dynamics.

My 20 years of experience in communication, change management, and talent management in the transport, industry, and services sectors bring pragmatism and openness to my approach.
I have lived in England, France, Italy, Switzerland, and Mexico and worked daily with more than 45 different nationalities.

As a certified and supervised coach, I prioritize experimentation, empowerment, and creativity.
As an independent and founder of EMi Insight, I regularly collaborate with partner coaches and subcontracting
