Supporting potential and uniqueness
Executive coaching
Certified and regularly supervised coach, I have been supporting entrepreneurs, leaders, and managers in their professional development for over 20 years.
My approach encourages taking a step back, making conscious choices to regain a sense of freedom. I aim to provide a space and encouragement to express their potential and uniqueness, with respect for themselves and others.

Steps to Successful Coaching
- Depending on the needs, tools such as DISC, 360°, and MBTI can be used.
- Discovery Session for Mutual Choice and Commitment to the Process.
- Kick-off with the N+1 and/or HR to formalize the commitments of each party.
- Regular work sessions spaced about ten days apart, with concrete situations to initiate and confirm changes.
- Closure between the participants at the launch to review the process.
