Unleashing collective dynamics

Team Building – Consistency

My approach is experiential, focused on the challenges and dynamics of the stakeholders. It aims to promote complementarities, accountability, and openness among team members around their leader.

Strengthening team cohesion, supporting teams in their evolution and the transformations of the company. Encouraging the ability to communicate openly and function better for improved performance and mutual respect.

Steps to Successful Team Coaching

  • Leadership Coaching for Executives or Managers, team diagnosis,
and co-definition of challenges and objectives.
  • Facilitation and intervention with the team.
  • Depending on the needs, tools such as DISC, 360°, and MBTI can be used.
  • Share progress and define next steps.

Example

  • CONTEXT:
Head of a Business Unit, the development areas for this leader are as follows: allowing space for members of his Executive Committee, developing ownership of the new direction of the group, and modulating his demands to engage rather than discourage.
  • RESULT:
He is more in a co-decision posture. He leads the Executive Committee more positively, involves them in the co-construction of his BU’s strategy, and manages his impatience better by being clear about expectations and actively listening.
