- CONTEXT:
Head of a Business Unit, the development areas for this leader are as follows: allowing space for members of his Executive Committee, developing ownership of the new direction of the group, and modulating his demands to engage rather than discourage. - RESULT:
He is more in a co-decision posture. He leads the Executive Committee more positively, involves them in the co-construction of his BU’s strategy, and manages his impatience better by being clear about expectations and actively listening.
I had Elsa meanwhile 5 times at offsites with my staff driving full days of coaching and work on a variety of topics. She connects well with diverse people and builds impactful agendas that change culture and develop new organizational capabilities. We will have her back for more!
