It secures the company in employee\u2019s mobility or candidate selection for a critical position and mission.<\/p><p>I appreciate the assessment for its fairness and objectivity. I have had the opportunity to practice it in companies and consulting firms in the past during recruitment, mobility, and talent programs for 10 years. I offer standard or customized assessment protocols.<\/p><p><strong>Assessments can be conducted remotely or in-person, in English or
